The Company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of CAREPLUS has recommended a first and final single tier dividend of 0.25 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 January 2013. The proposed dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The entitlement and payment dates shall be finalised by the Company at a later date and announced in due course.
