Job Description:

• To take the required sample from Production, Packing, and Compounding Department and send for testing.
• To follow-up the result after testing.
• To re-inspect and check the sample of glove from Packing and Production Department whether fulfil the quality standard and requirements.
• To check and verified the packaging material and former.
• To key in all the required data into system and prepare the report (Daily, weekly and monthly).
• To clean the work station.
• To comply and follow safety & health procedure.
• To handle any ad-hoc tasks if required by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
• Male preferably
• Must have transportation.
• Able to work shift hours.

PACKING OPERATOR

Job Description:

• To pack or sort the gloves as per instruction.
• To carry out the whole process of transfer gloves from other respective department with required documents.
• To carry out the whole process of glove packing and transfer the well-pack gloves to Warehouse Department with required documents.
• To standby the incoming gloves and packing materials with required stamps and also arrange it on pallet after pack accordingly.
• To assist in weighing B-Grade and Reject gloves from each of the packing section.
• To assist in arranging rejected carton and dispenser in pallet.
• To maintain the cleanliness and 5 S Standards in workplace.
• To handle any ad-hoc tasks given by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
• Must have transportation.
• Able to work shift hours.

Production Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Responsible to inspect, observe, analyse and control all activities involved in the section and department.

Production Technician

Job Description

1. A) Printer

• To carry out daily maintain, service and trouble shoot the printer in production line.
• To identify printer problem that cannot be solve and liaise with the supplier.
• To monitor contractor work for printer repairing and servicing jobs.
• To record the data and prepare service report.
• To train and brief the Leader and Operators regarding work procedure, work instruction, specification and quality standard and also to continually monitor their work performance.
• To ensure proper records and documents pertaining to documented procedures.

1. B) SCADA

• Monitoring all utilities, facilities, products, instruments and control system which required by superior and notify others if there is any abnormality happened.
• To record, detect and report all problem regarding control room operation.
• To schedule and repair / troubleshoot or assist contractor for servicing or repairing job to ensure all the equipment and indicators are well functioning and meet the specifications and quality.
• Record and compile operating data, instrument readings, documentation, and results of laboratory analyses.
• Operate auxiliary equipment and control multiple processing units during production, moving controls that regulate valves, pumps, compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
• Operate control panels to coordinate and regulate process variables such as temperature and pressure, and to direct product flow rate, according to process schedules.
• Coordinate shutdowns and major projects for scada system operation.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese

TECHNICIAN

Job Requirements:

• Assist Supervisor in carrying out day to day operation responsible for preventive maintenance repairing all type of equipment and machines in the factory.
• To report immediately to supervisor if any difficulties in completing jobs.
• To observe & practice the safety work requirement and report if any accident occurs to the supervisor.
• To initiate troubleshooting and repair of machinery and systems breakdown.
• Able to handle challenging and high pressure technical environment.
• Be part of service team in maintenance of machinery systems in carrying out support and maintenance.
• To work closely with the department to ensure meet production yield with minimum downtime recording.
• To continuously monitor and evaluate existing methods, process and equipment’s to determine process capability and undertake projects for process improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English, Tamil
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate with PW2 or PW4 is encourage to apply.

Production Executive

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate activities for manufacturing team to support plant quality and cost improvement goals and opportunities.
• To responsible in commissioning new equipment or production units or new processes, monitoring modification and upgrades and troubleshooting existing process for out-of-control situations and out-of-specification situation.
• Lead and manage manufacturing planning for the development and implementation of the production line with related department.
• To monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance.
• To oversee and ensure that all critical nodes for quality indices are improve on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.
• To ensure all aspect of an operations or process meet according to specific requirements.
• To ensure productivity improvement through process changes, documents, specifications and work instructions.
• Work closely with engineers and production executives on improving the machine efficiency, optimizing the process, implement yield improvement and cost reduction programs.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related glove industry is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Glove or Rubber Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent and currently hold the position as Process Engineer.
