ENGINEER
Engineer
Job Description
- To work with the Engineering team to provide technical support to the Production Department in terms of trouble shoot and repair machines immediately to reduce the downtime.
- Prepare SOP and preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and machineries.
- To plan work schedule for Engineering staff and workers.
- Work closely with supplier on machine designs and services.
- Continuous improvement and development programs must be implemented on plant equipment and machinery.
- Constantly educate and improve safe work practices for Engineering staff.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in glove industry.
- Possess strong technical knowledge in preventive maintenance.
- Positive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility, assertive and capable to work independently.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and able to manage Engineering team.
- Committed and able to complete tasks beyond the normal circumstances.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Account Executive
Job Description
- To take charge of account payables and prepare monthly ageing report for AP and payment.
- To handle petty cash claim.
- Monitor closing calendar closely to ensure all deadlines are met.
- To prepare and compile the yearly tax schedule to tax agent.
- To prepare the audit schedules during year end audit.
- To prepare the forecast of cash requirement.
- Assist in co-ordinate and liaise with auditors in order to complete the annual audit on timely basis
- To attend monthly stock take.
- To handle GST/SST report and ensure timely submission to authority.
- Support in undertaking any ad-hoc duties from time to time.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, LCCI, ACCA.

- A) Printer
- To carry out daily maintain, service and trouble shoot the printer in production line.
- To identify printer problem that cannot be solve and liaise with the supplier.
- To monitor contractor work for printer repairing and servicing jobs.
- To record the data and prepare service report.
- To train and brief the Leader and Operators regarding work procedure, work instruction, specification and quality standard and also to continually monitor their work performance.
- To ensure proper records and documents pertaining to documented procedures.
- B) SCADA
- Monitoring all utilities, facilities, products, instruments and control system which required by superior and notify others if there is any abnormality happened.
- To record, detect and report all problem regarding control room operation.
- To schedule and repair / troubleshoot or assist contractor for servicing or repairing job to ensure all the equipment and indicators are well functioning and meet the specifications and quality.
- Record and compile operating data, instrument readings, documentation, and results of laboratory analyses.
- Operate auxiliary equipment and control multiple processing units during production, moving controls that regulate valves, pumps, compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
- Operate control panels to coordinate and regulate process variables such as temperature and pressure, and to direct product flow rate, according to process schedules.
- Coordinate shutdowns and major projects for scada system operation.
