Production Executive

 

Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate activities for manufacturing team to support plant quality and cost improvement goals and opportunities.
  • To responsible in commissioning new equipment or production units or new processes, monitoring modification and upgrades and troubleshooting existing process for out-of-control situations and out-of-specification situation.
  • Lead and manage manufacturing planning for the development and implementation of the production line with related department.
  • To monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance.
  • To oversee and ensure that all critical nodes for quality indices are improve on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.
  • To ensure all aspect of an operations or process meet according to specific requirements.
  • To ensure productivity improvement through process changes, documents, specifications and work instructions.
  • Work closely with engineers and production executives on improving the machine efficiency, optimizing the process, implement yield improvement and cost reduction programs.

Job Requirement

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related glove industry is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Glove or Rubber Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent and currently hold the position as Process Engineer.

Job Description :

 

  • To maintain and develop Intranet for Careplus Group and subsidiaries.
  • To support on ERP for Careplus Group and subsidiaries
  • Conduct end-user training upon completion of application
  • To assist user reporting reference
  • Familiar in SDLC
  • Test code periodically to ensure it procedures the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary.
  • Assist on monthly stock count.
  • Report issues and concerns immediately to team lead/ IT manager
  • Perform or direct revision, repair. Or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): ASP.net, PHP, CAKE-PHP, MSSQL, SQL QUERY, ERP, Microsoft Office, Crystal Reports
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.

SUPERVISOR (PRODUCTION)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inspecting, observing, analysing and controlling all activities involved in the glove manufacturing operations based on the procedure requirements, procedures, work instructions and specifications, and control the quality of gloves at the required level of consistent and continuous.
  • To maintain and monitor all operators discipline and attendance.
  • To ensure all operators are following the work flow for each section.
  • Must be able check samples gloves problem, identify its sources, to monitor and examine the area where the problem occurred, and take proper and effective action.

Requirements:

  • SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ SKM/ Diploma.
  • At least 2 years working experience as a supervisory role.
  • Positive working attitude with strong sense of responsibility, results driven and capable to work independently.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and focus on achieving key objectives in work area.
  • Hands on & able to carry out effectively operations.
  • Able to manage large group of operators.
