The Board of Directors of CAREPLUS wishes to announce the incorporation of its new wholly-owned subsidiary under the name of Careglove Global Sdn. Bhd. (“Careglove”) on 24 February 2011.

Presently, the authorised capital of Careglove is RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and the issued and paid-up share capital is RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.

The intended principal activity of Careglove is to carry on the business as manufacturers and dealers in gloves.
