| The Warrants are issued to the entitled shareholders of Careplus Group Berhad ("Careplus") on the basis of one (1) free Warrant for every two (2) existing ordinary shares of RM0.10 each held in Careplus ("Careplus Shares") as at 5.00 p.m. on 8 August 2011.
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new Careplus Share at an exercise price of RM0.49 and at any time during the exercise period, subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 25 July 2011, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the exercise period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This annoucnement is dated 12 August 2011. |
