All defined terms used in this announcement, unless the context otherwise states, shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 17 June 2011 in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the announcements dated 17 June 2011 and 22 June 2011 in relation to the Proposals. In relation thereto, the Board wishes to inform that the highest percentage ratio as set out in Rule 10.02(g) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to the Proposed JV is approximately 45.0%.
