The Board of Directors of CAREPLUS wishes to announce that Mr. Foong Kuan Ming has been re-designated as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 10 May 2013. Following the said re-designation, Mr. Foong has also been appointed as the Chairman of the both Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the Company with effect from the same date thereof.
The new composition for both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees is as follows:-
1. Foong Kuan Ming (Chairman, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director)
2. Tan Chuan Hock (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)
3. Yew Nieng Choon (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman)
