Announcement Details/Table Section : The Board of Directors of CAREPLUS wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting (“2nd AGM”) of the Company for the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company to be in line with the amendments to the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The notice of the 2nd AGM containing the information on the above proposal will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course. This announcement is dated 21 May 2012. |
