We refer to the announcements dated 28 April 2011, 4 May 2011, 5 May 2011, 16 May 2011, 19 May 2011, 25 July 2011, 15 August 2011 and 21 October 2011 respectively, in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, we are pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 25 October 2011 (which was received on 28 October 2011), resolved to approve an extension of time of up to six (6) months from 13 November 2011 to 12 May 2012 for the Company to implement the Private Placement. This announcement is dated 28 October 2011. |
